I got this blade at 30% off in a black friday sale. That was a bargain I couldn’t resist even if I had recently gotten new blades (Jackson Ultima Legacy). And thank the Lord I did because aforementioned blades did not work for me. Frankly they were too flat for my liking, having come from a MK Pro blade.
Right now I’ve had those blades since the beginning of February and had them sharpened again just before Corona Quarantine. I’m an excessive spinner and jumper so I do wear my blades down easily. The initial sharpening on the Jackson Ultima Legacy didn’t even last 12 hours and they were sharp. So in the end I decided to have those removed from my boots and had the Gold Seal Rev blades mounted. It was like coming home with the almost identical profiling to the MK Pro just with a flatter all over rocker of 8″ instead of 7″. The 8″ rocker I did like on the Legacy blades.
I did need to adjust to the smaller toe pick. The MK Pro has a bit more of a pronounced toe pick and I have completely missed the toe pick on steps and some of my Lutz entries. I legit posted a picture on my instagram saying. I tripped over my gold seal toe picks – said nobody ever, except me.

Probably the best blades I will ever own. Great stability on spins and the toe pick is just the right size. Lightweight and durable, definitely worth the investment.
