The Ace is probably my favorite intermediate blade. Great spin rocker and the perfect blade that will help you transition into an elite blade when you are ready. This is my favorite blade to recommend as a skaters first ‘blade’ when purchasing their first pair of boots. Quality is good and just a solid blade.

I upgraded to these from Aspire XP and the difference in spins was MAGICAL!! Overall, I love this blade.

I have just recently bought these blades with a new skate so take everything I say with a grain of salt.
So I was reading a lot of reviews on this page and it seemed like at my level where I’m at (pre-pre free) that either this or the mk professionals would be the natural progression for me.
When I first got these, combined with Jackson premiere boots, I felt good about my skating after I did everything like heat mold the boot to my skate I was able to do my spins so much better and it was very centered. This most likely has to do with the fact that the profile of my blades changed from a 8’ rocker to 7’ rocker.
I don’t know how long these will last but I’m sure they will last a while.
Overall, a great set of blades for anyone that is finishing with their singles and starting/ working on doubles. I will definitely recommend this to all of my friends who currently looking for new blades

Coronation Ace are a fantastic over-all jumping and spinning blade. The prominent downward facing drag pick is excellent for learning the axel and the cross cut toe pick offers superior grip for toe jumps compared to straight cut picks of some competitor blades. The uniquely two sized front rocker profile of the blade assists spin speed and development. The 7 foot blade rocker makes learning and developing footwork and turns easy.
An excellent blade choice for those of all levels.

Excellent beginner to intermediate blade, and a big step up from the pre-mounted blades you get in blade-and-boot sets. The blade is very agile and the curve of the rocker makes doing all sorts of turns and steps much easier. The spin rocker on the blade is situated a bit further back than on the MK Pro, which makes the blade more stable on spin entrances, but for me made it harder to find the sweet spot once the spin was established. Great, “easy” jumping blade, especially for edge jumps. Mine held about 12+ sharpenings total.

I loved my Coronation Aces! I switched into them from the blade that came on Riedell Diamonds (Capri I think?) and the first skate after I switched was very hectic but it was 100% worth the purchase.
The rocker makes spinning smooth and easy. I ended up getting up through my loop and a baby camel and sit in these before I chose to upgrade but I would have stayed in these had I not found I liked the Pattern 99 profile more.
If you’re looking for your first freestyle level blade I can’t recommend these enough.

Switching to these blades from the Mark IV that comes pre-mounted to the Jackson Artiste made such a huge difference to my skating ability. I liked the change to the 7′ rocker and my blade size went down 3/4″ so you can imagine, I felt like I went from 0 to 100! I like my blades SHARP and so far they have been holding up. The pro shop employee who sold me these blades told me I should get the Jackson Ultima equivalent (the Legacy, I believe?) because they were “basically the exact same” but cheaper. I went with the John Wilsons and I’m definitely not disappointed but I do wish they were priced more competitively.

The coronation ace was a great intermediate blade for me. I landed my first double sal in these blades. I’m not the biggest fan of the rocker profile but they do a good job nonetheless. For the price these blades are 100% worth it. I was slightly disappointed with how short these blades lasted (only 9 months).

Coronation Ace blades are great blades for beginners and will last you through at least your axel. I had these blades for years. Great all around blade!

These blades are probably the best “all around” starter blade in my opinion. They are great blades to learn all your footwork & spins! I do feel like it could maybe have sharper toe pics, but they work! The reason I gave four stars in the value category is because I think that they are better alternatives for a bit more or less money depending on which route you’d like. Coronation ace is THE Intermediate blade.
